Part 3 is a complete master copy file containing blank document templates for
all anticipated processes related to the Company’s operations.
The file contains generic and task specific documents, such as the F2508 Form
(for Reporting of an injury or dangerous occurrence), the Accident Book Record
Sheet (Form BI 510), as well as specific documents, such as the Inspection Report
Form (for Place of Work requiring Inspection), Permits to work for various environments,
Asbestos Project Planning Checklist, etc.
The inclusion of specific documentation will be determined depending on the
type of work the Company does.
In addition, Part 3 contains various guidance notes and Approved Codes of Practices needed to complete the template documents correctly.
All templates are in accordance with the requirements set out under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
