Our Standard Safety Inspection fees within the M25 area
Standard Site Safety Inspection rates are based on inspection durations of up to one hour on site. If you require additional time to be spent on site over the hour to give further assistance with safety issues on site which you want us to deal with this can be arranged. Prior to any additional time being spent on site, we will obtain authorisation from our Clients Senior Management, unless other arrangements have been put in place.
For site Safety Inspections required outside the M25 area the fee is negotiable
We are a nationwide company and can cover many areas of the country cost-effectively. We can offer discounts to clients dependent upon the amount of sites and the frequency of visits required.
All Site Safety Inspection fees will be inclusive of all normal expenses, i.e. traveling costs, stationary, postage, telephone/fax charges, and are based on inspections being carried out during normal working hours - 7:30am to 06:00pm Monday to Friday.
To provide site inspections cost effectively and reliably, we need one week minimum advance notice in writing where possible. Traveling time may be charged for immediate emergency requests to visit locations. This will be at our normal hourly rate.
Fees are based on normal working hours – if courses need to be carried out during evenings or weekends, an additional charge will be levied.
Note: Our fee structure for training courses are a cost-effective way of training your workforce. We charge you for the hire of our Consultant rather than per person attending the course.
Noise and Vibration Assessments, Heavy Plant Training, etc., are negotiable.

Report formatting and typing
Work requested outside of normal working hours
6pm to 7.30am (Night work), Weekends, Bank Holidays Subject to negotiation
The fee is based on 35-40 hours work

First Aid Kits:
