CDM Department

Our aim is to assist our Clients with professional experienced back-up to comply with CDM Regulations. We have a CDM Department to help those involved in construction activities and we are able to act on behalf of the following:

Clients and their Architects and Surveying Practices etc.

Carrying out the full function of a Planning Supervisor for the Contract with the added benefit from our experiences as Health and Safety Consultants. We are able to support the Client after the Construction Phase if required.

Principal Contractors

CDM services to the principal contractor involve, amongst others, assisting in the production of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, providing a full Consultancy role to ensure health and safety standards are complied with.

Contractors and Sub-Contractors

Assisting in the development of the Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan, i.e., Risk Assessments, Safe Method of Work Statements, Safety Inspections, etc.

Professional Membership (APS)

Our Company is a corporate member of The Association of Planning Supervisors. In addition to this, our CDM Department Team have individual membership. Individual membership is gained by the following criteria: -
  • Qualification
  • Appropriate experience
  • Successfully passing the APS entrance exam.

Our Colleagues attend the Associations Seminars so they are kept up-to-date with current standards and practices, etc., as well as other professional benefits.
